Bruce and I braved the very cold water for an amazingly invigorating swim













Byron is getting much better at going for longer walks. Connor just wants to run most of the time, and ends up running backwards and forwards between whoever he's up the front with and the person further back with Byron (a bit like taking a dog for a walk!).
