Byron's first self portrait. I removed the camera from his hands earlier in the day, but hadn't realised he'd had it on and had been taking photos! There were six altogether.

Now I have two such great helpers in the kitchen, both of whom are crazy for home made tomato pasta sauce, it's a wonder any makes it to our dinner plates! If I gave them a spoon they would eat a jar of plain tomato paste in a shot, it's all I can do to keep their hands out of it!

A new winter evening pastime, the 'duvet boat'. The boys sit on Connor's duvet and Bruce races up and down the hallway pulling them along, whilst cleaning the floor at the same time (well it would do if the floor didn't have to be clean to start with so the duvet doesn't get dirty. Might have to rethink that one).

Byron with his 'special bag'. It's amazing how fast he's growing up, he's so aware of everything Connor has and wants to be just like him. When going to Playcentre recently he's been asking for his bag to carry in (as Connor and any of his friends I'm picking up always have their bags handed to them as we get out of the car). I've been feeling bad that he has his lunch and things shoved into the old bag I'm using there to go in with me, so we picked up a new backpack for him. He was absolutely thrilled with it, and wore it on and off for most of the first day he had it. The first morning I came in to get him dressed, and he'd dragged it from his bedroom down to the couch in the lounge to sit next to him. Very sweet!
